Jo Sawicki is an expert in media training, presentation training, personal branding, multimedia strategies, corporate videos & websites and radio programmes.

She has a wealth of senior media experience from her early career as a newsaper journalist through to producing at the BBC and heading the Features and Programme Development at Sky. As founder of Channel Health - the UK's first digital health TV channel - she floated the company on the London Stock Market in 2000, becoming a finalist in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards.

Jo is the co-founder of Ceres, a media strategy and personal communications company that advises CEOs and board-level executives.
