Jennifer is a monthly columnist in Management Today magazine, and in 2005 was named 'Young Business Woman of the Year' by The Times. A year later she was named in Management Today's top '35 women under 35'.

Jennifer is a regular speaker at industry conferences and seminars, and a frequent guest-lecturer at UK and US Business Schools. She also holds a number of positions, including a seat on the Advisory Board of the Centre for Public Policy Seminars (CPPS) and the Advisory Council of the Russian Research Network.

Jennifer is the founder and managing director of JRBH Strategy & Management, a business that helps its clients identify new ways to create growth and then works with them to deliver it.
